Calling this a pub might mislead British visitors in that this place is far more than just a public house set aside for drinking and eating. Instead, with its amazing atmosphere, great food and classy décor, it can host up to 190 people intent on a range of celebration or meetings. There are several rooms, some available via private booking and designed for a smaller number of guests. Service in each place is excellent. In summer there's a terrace for outdoor drinking and dining. Vobla takes its name from a fish that is in fact served as a beer snack, alongside a host of other tempting dishes including a fuller European menu with a Russian twist. The way the pub is designed adds to the friendly party like atmosphere, a quality only enhanced at weekends when live music attracts many to drink and dance until the small hours, or alternatively to make their own music in the 80-capacity state-of-the-art karaoke hall. Last but not least is the nightclub, available for private hire, and the wine bar with its Bespoke service, along with a rich assortment of wines, able to meet the expectations of most demanding guests, and also top off a great night.
